Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of our clients and staff, Nisa Medi Spa asks you to adhere to our cancellation policy. A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking. This card will only be charged according to our cancellation policy. Please review the following guidelines:

Appointment Cancellations : We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel any individual service appointment. For spa packages or multiple service bookings, we require 48 hours notice. This allows us enough time to fill the appointment slot.
Late Cancellations : If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment for individual services or less than 48 hours for spa packages, a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the service cost will be charged to your credit card on file.
No-Show Policy : If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without informing us, you will be considered a no-show, and a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount will be charged to your credit card on file.
Late Arrivals : We strive to stay on schedule and respect every client’s time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the appointments that follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if enough time remains to start a treatment. ***You will be responsible for the full-service fee.***
